Production:av are a reseller and rental house for the high quality products available from Barco and Extron , Kramer control, Plus DLP Projectors and Christie Digital. These brands feature in our hire stock- we work on the principle that we only sell what we're prepared to use, and have proven through use.

Production:av provide AV for the DBS National Hunt Breeze Auction 2006
Doncaster Blood Stock or DBS held another highly successful 'Breeze Up' Sale at The Centaur on Friday 8th of December 2006. With over 80 Lots, a good evenings bidding ensue, with lots going for in excess of 140,000 guineas, with the average lot going for a sweet 32,490 guineas (See the DBS Website).
Barco Screen Pro II
Production:av provided a high end system based around Barco's Screen Pro II HD Seamless Switcher, and Kramer DVI over Fibre Optic cabling to deliver an unsurpassed image quality to the 16'x12' Fastfold that took centre stage behind the horses in the auction ring. Powerpoint fed from an Apple Mac at native DVI quality, with further data signals from our custom bid software PC (ably operated by Sam McCrea), as well as VT feeds of each of the horses that was being sold. Each of theses sources was shown in a 'Picture in Picture' or PIP over the unscaled background fed from the Apple Powerpoint machine.
The evenings activity follows a day of racing, for which Production:av provides the screen to The Centaur, and proceeded the next days racing.
