Production:av Help support Cheltenham Town FCSaturday the 28th of January 2006 saw Newcastle United play Cheltenham Town FC ('The Robins') at their home ground of Whaddon Road in Cheltenham. The match drew a capacity crowd of around 7000 loyal fans, and coverage on BBC1 for the match, meaning a welcome boost to The Robins status as a football team, and their finances. |

Hospitality. With all the extra attention, space for guest hospitality was at a premium, meaning that all available spaces were used to accommodate supporters. Production:av assisted by supplying a 42" Plasma screen to the Robins for use in the neighbouring Bowling Club. The bowling club had no aerial, which meant that Production:av had to supply the equipment to receive and decode the broadcast ready for the plasma- something that didn't pose a problem. Unfortunately The Robins didn't manage to defeat the visitors. A strong first half performance had Newcastle scared, but unfortunately two goals we put past just before half time. The Robins never managed to recover, but won praise form the pundits. Production:av also proved themselves with "Really great efficient and responsive service" in the words of John Wood, The Robins Chairman.
